Terms of use

These terms apply to your use of Agric City during its pre-launch and pilot period.

Your account

• Give accurate information about yourself and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person or organisation per account.

Acceptable use

• Do not misrepresent who you are, what you sell or what you intend to buy.
• Do not use Agric City to defraud, harass or mislead other members.
• Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the platform.

What Agric City is and is not

• Agric City connects farmers and buyers. It is not a party to the deals they make with each other.
• Agric City is not a bank, lender or insurer, and does not hold money on behalf of members.
• Order records show what two members agreed. Agric City does not take payment, deliver produce or guarantee its quality. Inspect produce before you pay where you can.
• If something goes wrong with an order, report it from the order page. We tell you who is handling it within one working day and give our decision within three working days. A complex case can take up to seven working days, and we tell you why by the third. If you do not accept the decision you may ask for one review. We can warn or suspend a member and remove a listing. We cannot refund money, because money never passes through Agric City.
• Listings must be for real farm produce you have or will have. We may check, send back or remove listings.
• Farming guidance on the platform is general information, not a guarantee of results.

Pilot period

Features may change, and the service may be unavailable at times while we build and test it. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you and ask you to accept the new version.
